Each year the Heroes and History Makers Gala brings together a community of advocates, supporters, and public figures to honour the extraordinary strength and resilience of America’s military and veteran caregivers.

Hosted by Tom Hanks and Savannah Guthrie this unforgettable evening shines a spotlight on the strength, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication of those who care for wounded soldiers.

I had the pleasure of designing the event, environmental and motion graphics for the 2024 Gala held at The Anthem in Washington DC. The event featured a 30ft LED screen as the main set piece, inspired by Art Deco geometry and the glamour of the 1920s. I created an extended graphic identity that extended and amplified the set: including custom title sequences, animated textures and supporting visual elements that guided guests around the location and shaped the overall event atmosphere.
